About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health and providing quality dental care to our patients. Duties:
- Perform dental prophylaxis, including scaling and polishing teeth.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays).
- Conduct oral cancer screenings.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.
- Provide preventive dental care, such as fluoride treatments and sealants.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
- Dentrix knowledge is a plus.
- Must be up to date with CE credits and CPR certification .
Wage based on experience.
Average 34 hours/week.
